About Jaime

I'm a mom of three teenagers, ages 18, 15 and to one very special needs 14-year-old who has selective mutism. I've been married to my wonderful husband for 18 years.

I was diagnosed with migraine at eight years old, living with the disabling illness for 30 years. I'm a chronic migraineur also managing depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, RLS, spinal stenosis and chronic back pain.

Advocating for headache disorders and mental health are my passions. I also have a blog dedicated to bringing awareness to my illnesses. Despite these conditions and their limitations, I strive to do my best to find my optimal health.
